These terms describe the text-message (SMS) program operated by Brewing Tree Beer Company ("we," "us," "our") on the Smithy platform. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program name and description

The Brewing Tree Beer Company operational alerts program sends business text messages to the owners and operators of Brewing Tree Beer Company whose business is managed on the Smithy platform. These are operational messages only — they are not marketing or promotional texts. Messages include:

• schedule and booking notifications (for example, a new reservation, a change, or a cancellation), and
• daily sales summaries.

How you consent

Only business owners and operators receive these messages. You opt in during onboarding — by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive operational text messages from Brewing Tree Beer Company. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You may decline enrollment, or leave the program at any time, without affecting your account.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity — for example, how many bookings or schedule changes occur and whether you receive a daily sales summary.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Brewing Tree Beer Company does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

Opting out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP in reply to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive operational text messages. To rejoin, opt in again from your account.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's coverage and availability.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or the consent you give here with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is used only to operate this messaging program. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more detail.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
