These terms apply when you use brewingtreebeer.com and when you order from Brewing Tree Beer Company ("Brewing Tree," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or to purchase alcohol from us. We sell and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Virginia law and may refuse service or a sale at our discretion, including to anyone who cannot show valid proof of age.

Using the site

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other guests' use of it. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices, menu items, availability, and events are subject to change and may contain occasional errors; we may correct an error or cancel an affected order even after it is placed. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Square, and placing an order authorizes that charge. Gift cards and beer are sold for consumption or use in accordance with the law and, where applicable, on our premises.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable at Brewing Tree for the value shown. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and any promotional gift card is subject to the terms stated with the promotion.

Reservations, private events, and deposits

Group reservations, private events, and catering are subject to availability and to the specific terms we confirm with you at the time of booking. A deposit holds your date. If you cancel more than one week before your event, we refund 50% of your deposit; if you cancel within one week of your event, we refund 25%.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own and grant us permission to display, use, and remove it. We moderate submissions and may decline or take down anything at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Brewing Tree name, logo, photos, text, and other site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as needed to browse and use the site normally.

Third-party links and platforms

The site may link to third-party services (for example, Square checkout or our social media accounts). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, which have their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brewing Tree is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
